The in-house Claims Management Department (CMD) was formed in 2002 to be a standalone servicing department to ensure all claims from our clients’ policies are managed fairly, promptly and accurately. As claims arise, we will act as a triage to all the parties involved: you as our clients, adjusters, Insurers, and other third parties, to resolve the claims accordingly.
CMD performs other tasks that are legal in nature. For instance, we also assist our clients in drafting correspondences between lawyers and claimants, and ensure that all insurance and legal related matters are scrutinized closely and vigilantly.
