Acceptance of The Policy

By submitting your personal data to us, you consent to us processing your personal data in accordance with this Personal Data Privacy Notice. We will also take it that all personal data provided by you is accurate and complete, and that none of it is misleading or out of date. You will promptly update us in the event of any change to your personal data.

In some circumstances, you may have provided personal data relating to other individuals (such as your spouse, family members or other third party including minors). You represent and warrant that you are authorised to provide their personal data to us and you have obtained their consent to the processing (including disclosure and transfer) of their Personal Data in accordance with this Personal Data Privacy Notice.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Your Personal Data may be disclosed to any related company or any other company carrying on insurance or reinsurance related business, an intermediary, a claims, investigation or other service provider and to any association, federation or similar organisation of insurance companies that exists or is formed from time to time for the Purpose or to fulfil some legal or regulatory function or is reasonably required in the interest of the insurance industry. In such instances, it will be done in compliance with the PDPA.

Correction of Personal Data

You may at any time make a request to Anthola Group to correct any personal data of yours that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out-of-date and Anthola Group shall, upon receipt of your written request for correction(s), take all necessary measures to give effect to such correction(s).
